Kundalini Yoga Meditation Class

Weekly meditation class based on Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Small class limited to about half a dozen souls. Combines physical kriyas (exercises), breathwork, mantra, and meditation. Open to all levels, beginners OK and experienced yogis can find a challenge here. You can sit in a chair if needed. Taught by Jiwan Shakti, 27 years practice.
