Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Class

This is a weekly meditation class based on Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. We will will focus on meditation more than on physical yoga sets. We will typically do some brief yoga warmups followed by an extended meditation (31 to 62 minutes).
This will be a good class for a wide range of people–no experience with yoga or meditation is necessary. You can use these classes as a basis for a regular personal practice or just for an occasional weekly relaxation session. Kundalini Yoga is subtle and intense at the same time. Some of the practices can seem very difficult and later seem easy; some will seem easy from the start but will work very deeply on your inner life. If you want to make dramatic evolutionary changes to your life, this practice is one very effective way to do this.
